Birthday Boy



 

Mr. A is one cool third-grader. His incredible cuteness is matched only by his huge personality.  His Birthday Shoot this past weekend was a joy.

Cherries Jubilee



A week after embarking on a already-reserved Cherry Blossom Cruise that ended up being a boat ride minus the Cherry Blossoms, the wait was over. 

 

On my Birthday, April 9, the Japanese Cherry Blossoms along the Tidal Basin in downtown Washington, D.C., burst into full bloom. Breathtaking doesn't adequately describe the overwhelming awesomeness.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Senior Moment

It was an honor to photograph my first High School Senior, who happens to be the son of a good friend of mine.  We've known each other for nearly 10 years. What a handsome and amazing young man he has transformed into.  Best wishes in college...and with your High School Sweetheart!

 

 

         

 

 

Spring Has Sprung!

The groundhog was wrong.  Not only did Spring NOT arrive early, but Summer showed up 3 months early! Today brought more seasonable temperatures, so let's hope they are here to stay.

I've been delighted to get the camera out and about for sessions and I'm anxious to share!

Sweetest Siblings



All too often all we hear about are the "Bad Seeds" in our society.  Out-of-control hellions wreaking havoc on their parents and everyone else around them.

 

These kids are not them.

 

These are great kids - two of the sweetest, smartest, most conscientious children you will ever see.  And I'm not just saying that because their mother and I are good friends.  They gave me a good workout during our session - their enthusiasm and energy contagious!
